You have been identified as an individual who received a monthly statement from Gregory Funding that allegedly violated the law on or after May 18, 2016, but prior to May 1, 2017, and, therefore, you might be a member of the Settlement Class.

Without admitting any fault, Gregory Funding has agreed to make a $200,000 Settlement Fund available to pay class members. If the Court approves the settlement, then each class member whose claim is approved by the Settlement Administrator will receive an equal portion of the Settlement Fund minus the cost of claims administration.

If you are a class member whose mortgage is still serviced by Gregory Funding, you will receive your payment in the form of a credit that will be posted automatically to your unpaid mortgage balance.

If you are a class member whose mortgage is no longer serviced by Gregory Funding,  you must submit a signed claim form by July 23, 2021. You may use the claim form attached to the Notice you received in the mail, or complete one by visiting the "Submit Claim" section of this website.

The Court has appointed Gubernick Law P.L.L.C. and Edwards Law Group P.L.L.C. as Class Counsel.  You are encouraged to contact them with any questions you have about the settlement.

If you wish to wish to learn more about the settlement, you may contact the Settlement Administrator at 1-888-972-6583. You may also write to the Settlement Administrator at White v. Gregory Funding LLC c/o Settlement Administrator, P.O. Box 31, Warminster, PA 18974-0031.
